Medical Massage is the exclusive treatment of choice within our practice. As research documents its effects on specific conditions, it is increasingly being prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals to complement traditional medical treatments for acute and chronic pain, illness, and injury or to maintain general health and wellness. .

European/Swedish is a lighter, more basic form of massage therapy that focuses on the superficial layers of muscles providing overall general relaxation. Oil, lotion, or cream is applied to the body and can be combined with pure essential oils alleviating everyday ailments such as general soreness, fatigue, or anxiety.
Deep Tissue Massage advanced therapy that uses slow, increased pressure, with focus to more specific areas or major muscle groups. It releases deep rooted chronic pain patterns, softens adhesions or “knots”, releases movement restrictions, and soothes chronic tension and soreness.
Trigger Point Therapy is concentrated finger pressure applied to taut, painful, irritated areas of muscle known as "trigger points". These spots are painful to touch and cause pain associated with common conditions such as headaches, numbness in the hands/fingers, neck pain, or even sciatic symptoms.
Myofascial Work is a highly specialized stretching technique that seeks to rebalance the body by releasing tension in the fascia (the layer of tissue that covers the muscles, organs, bones, and joints) Fascia can become tight and adhered creating pain and restrictions of movement sometimes for years!

Sports Massage Whether you work out at the gym, are an everyday runner or cyclist, high-school athlete, personal trainer, or athletic professional; our practice is utilized to experience the many benefits of true sports massage. Treatment is designed to address muscle groups specific to the athlete’s activities for healing strains or achieving and maintaining peak performance.

Pregnancy Massage is a wonderful way to relax the body, enhance energy levels, and relieve general discomfort. This caring touch is attuned to the expecting mother’s comfort level, helping them to experience their changing body in a more positive nurturing way. Client’s must be past their first trimester and have a doctor’s note informing that pregnancy massage is permitted during their pregnancy. Deep pressure and essential oils are contraindicated during pregnancy massage.
Stretching can be incorporated into any massage session. Tailored to your body and your needs, the therapist will assist you to lengthen tight muscles. Stretching can increase your range of motion and flexibility as well as reduce pain, stiffness, and postural imbalances.
Reflexology influences bodily and muscular functions by applying sustained pressure to specific "reflexive" points on the hands and feet. These points are believed to influence all of the body systems having lasting healing effects on various conditions and ailments.
Aromatherapy is the use of pure essential oils obtained from various flowers, fruits, bark, and roots. Each hold their own therapeutic properties and can be helpful for conditions such as stress, allergies, colds, insomnia, PMS and much more.
Hot Stone Massage This soothing thermal therapy combines a traditional Swedish massage with the application of hot basalt lava stones to the body. Promote healing by releasing muscle tension and toxins, while pampering your senses in a blanket of warmth and peacefulness.... Other Hot or Cold compresses may be applied during a treatment session in order to reduce discomfort, muscle tension, spasm, or inflammation. At the end of a treatment session, the massage therapist may offer dietary, exercise, and stretching recommendations, as well as home instructions for hot and cold therapies, essential oils, or liniments. *There is NO additional charge at Touch Evolution for these complementary therapeutic services.
